Large asset managers are creating Security Token Offerings (STOs) backed by real-world assets, integrating them into ETFs and digital portfolios. As adoption grows, tokenized real estate will evolve from novelty to norm.
The shift from deed to digital is rewriting investment access, ownership structures, and asset management. For investors, tokenization offers flexibility, for developers—access to new capital, and for regulators—an opportunity to create safer, smarter markets.
